Located directly below Golden Hill Park, the Vehicle Operations Yard for the City of San Diego is an underdeveloped resource in a district that lacks park space. Our city merits an entrance to Balboa Park and the Naval Hospital that has a Velodrome, soccer fields, a skate park in this space.
The Point Loma Wastewater Treatment Plant is not in compliance with federal law. The
California Water Authority estimates 2 billion dollars will be needed. This vital project requires the management of environmental issues and law.
